OUR TERMS OF USE
Your purchase of any products and/or services by Dazzle Designz
is subject to our Terms of Use as outlined below. Once you have
paid for a product and/or service you are agreeing to these terms
whether you have read them or not. Please take a few moments to
read over them so that you understand your rights and limitations.
1. Dazzle Designz retains the copyright on products and/or services offered
and sold at DazzleDesignz.com. You are purchasing a license to display
our designs and ALL credit links must remain intact.
2. You may NOT alter, resize, recolor or use portions of any graphic or
template. They must be displayed as delivered to you.
3. You may NOT share, duplicate, resale, distribute or claim any of the
graphics or templates as your own.
4. You may NOT print any graphics or designs except those you have
purchased specifically for printing such as business cards, stationary,
logos, etc.
5. You may NOT use your purchase for anything other than its intended
purpose. For example, you may NOT purchase a template and use it as
an auction storefront or blog page. If you wish to have an auction
store-front or blog page, you must purchase one separately.
6. Dazzle Designz will not be responsible for errors due to any changes or
alterations made by you or anyone who is not a staff member of Dazzle
Designz. Repair rates are at a cost of $25.00 per hour with a minimum of
one hour.
7. Due to the nature of our products and/or services we do not issue
refunds.
8. Anyone violating our TOS will lose the right to display our designs and will
have them removed immediately.
